On the afternoon of October 18, our college held the awarding ceremony of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation Selection Base School and the promotion meeting of China-Spain joint training project in Changqi classroom. The event was presided over by Zheng Qingzhu, member of the university Party Committee, Hu Weiguo, deputy secretary of the University Party Committee and vice president, attended and delivered a speech, and representatives of teachers and students from the School of Security Management, the School of Artificial Intelligence and the School of Intelligent Building attended.

Hu Weiguo first on behalf of the university Party Committee, welcomed the director of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation Li Xin and his delegation, and thanked the foundation for its support to the internationalization work for our university. Hu Weiguo said, "Internationalization of education is an important direction of vocational education reform in the new era, and exploring and practicing China-Spain joint cultivation project is of great significance to the high-quality development of vocational education, the high-level construction of vocational colleges, and the cultivation of high-quality international talents." In the next step, our college will regard international education as an important engine for the high-quality development of vocational education, an important symbol for the construction of high standards in vocational colleges and an important way for the high-level training of international talents. We will actively integrate resources and take this joint training project between our school and the University of Seville in Spain as an opportunity to continue to promote the project and open up channels for teachers and students to improve their overseas academic qualifications. Help our school to reach a new level of internationalization.

Then, Yu Huimin, executive deputy general secretary of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation, read the agreement document of the base school, and Li Xin, executive director of the Foundation's Special Fund for Scholarship exchange, awarded the school. Finally, the senior lecturer of the Spanish Language Office of the Foundation introduced the joint cultivation project between Zhejiang College of Security Technology and the University of Seville, Spain, and answered questions about the concerns of teachers and students. The students present responded warmly to the project, and some students on the scene decided to participate in the China-Spain joint cultivation project.

In the next step, the International Exchange and Cooperation Center will continue to do a good job in the publicity and selection of the first batch of project students, and it is planned to open a Spanish language school on campus next year to do a good job in the preliminary work for project students to go to West.
